What is a Buyer's Advocate?
A buyers advocate is a person that will assist you in finding a home to buy. It is similar to real estate agents, but they act exclusively for the purchaser. They provide support for you during the process of buying your new home.
If you are looking to buy property, having a buyers advocate is one of the best ways to get a good deal, as they negotiate a price on your behalf, and not the seller. They can also advise on the true state of suburbs and what you should expect for the budget you have.
When most people buy a home, they have a limited amount of experience, as how often does one person buy a home? Odds are they only buy a home once or twice in their lifetimes. When you engage the experience of a buyers advocate you are gaining all of their experience, and they will know what to ask to make sure you get everything you need out of a property.
