What is Specialist Disability Accomodation (SDA)?
We know that living with a disability can make life difficult, but this is especially true when trying to find a place to live. There are certain requirements that many people are just not aware.
Finding the right home that is suitable under SDA requirements can be time consuming and difficult. We have access to many listings and what they are accommodative for, you can be sure that we will find you a suitable place to live.
We are determined that working with you to find out exactly what you need in a home is the best way forward. We have access to home listings that include considerations for a multitude of special requirements.
We don't believe there is a one size fits all approach and look to work with housing partners that are considerate to the changing needs of their tenants and homeowners.

Our Process
Step 1.
A meeting to discuss your SDA - this can be in a formal setting, such as our offices, or over the phone, or by a conference call.
Step 2.
We will locate properties that we feel that suit and we will discuss what we have located with you.

Step 3.
Once your perfect home is found, you will be given a formal offer that gets submitted to the NDIS for SDA to be applied to your plan.

Step 4.
Contracts are signed and you will get a move in date!
